Werner Rott is renowned for his high quality Austrian cuisine presented at his exclusive restaurant, "The Old Vienna" in Torquay. Subsequently Werner opened "Creations Restaurant" in Cockington Court, in addition to catering for numerous high profile private functions. In his spare time Werner likes to create sculptures and has appeared in TV Shows including the BBC's "Generation Game"

Tom Kendrick worked as head waiter at the Old Vienna Restaurant from 1988 - 1990. Since then Tom has worked, maitre-de'd and managed restaurants from Vancouver, Canada to Naples, Florida, Nantucket Island, M.A. More recently, Tom has been responsible for front of house operations at his brother's restaurant "Kendrick's" in Dartmouth.

Werner & Tom have now joined forces as business partners & Landlords of the Fortescue Arms to create a culinary experience that's second to none.
