Cream of Watercress Soup with Roasted Garlic Flakes.

Scallops wrapped in black forest ham, pan fried and served
 With broad bean and celeriac puree

½ avocado with Crayfish Tails in a Light Dill & Yoghurt Dressing.

Warm Pastry Tartlet filled with Sun Dried Tomatoes, Fresh Basil and Roasted Peppers
then topped with Goats Cheese and served with a Chilli, Garlic and Honey Dressing.

Smoked Duck Breast with Mixed Leaf and Citrus Salad.


Main Selection

Prime Fillet of Beef stuffed with Smoked Oysters in A Cognac Sauce with Diced Peppers.

Pheasant Breast stuffed with Chestnuts, wrapped in Bacon - Forest Berries Sauce.

Finest Roe Deer Fillet on a parsnip puree filled tart with a Port and Red Current Jelly Sauce.

Local Nutcombe Farm Lamb Loin on a sweet potato cake  with Garlic and Rosemary Jus.

Monkfish Fillet wrapped in smoked salmon- served on a bed of linguini with crab bisque sauce

Oven Roasted Vegetable with Rosemary and Garlic blended Couscous, then surrounded with a Tomato and Basil Sauce.
